How the Almighty Monthly Prize Draw Works
Each entry period opens on the first Monday of the calendar month and closes the last Friday of the calendar month (NZST or NZDT). A draw will be held within seven (7) days of each entry period closing.
We will email you after your first entry submission and then again if you win that month's prize so keep an eye on your inbox!
It can take up to 30 minutes for the confirmation email to land in your inbox after you opt-in to our emails, so grab yourself an Almighty can or have a browse through our products while you wait, and then give your inbox a refresh.

Almighty Monthly Prize Draw: Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility.
This promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 16 years and over. Employees of Almighty Beverages Ltd. and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
2. Promotion Period.
The promotion runs on a monthly basis. Each entry period opens on the first Monday of the calendar month and closes the last Friday of the calendar month (NZST or NZDT). A draw will be held within seven (7) days of each entry period closing.
3. How to Enter.
To enter, complete the entry form at drinkalmighty.com/pages/monthly-giveaway during the calendar month you wish to enter. One entry per person per month is permitted. Entries generated by bots, scripts, or other automated means will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. Prizes.
Prize details for each monthly draw will be published at drinkalmighty.com/pages/monthly-giveaway prior to the draw. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Almighty reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
5. Selection of Winners.
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during that month's entry period. The draw will be conducted electronically to ensure fairness, and all entrants have an equal chance of winning. Almighty's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Winner Notification.
Winners will be contacted via the email address used at the time of entry. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn at Almighty's discretion.
7. Publicity.
By entering this promotion, the winner consents to Almighty publishing the winner's first name and region of residence (e.g. "Sarah from Auckland") on Almighty's website, social media channels, and electronic communications for the purpose of announcing the winner when needed. Where Almighty wishes to use any additional personal information, photographs, or video footage of the winner for promotional purposes, separate written consent will be obtained.
8. Prize Collection and Delivery.
Prizes will only be delivered to a physical address within New Zealand. Almighty does not deliver prizes outside of New Zealand. Full details of prize collection or delivery will be communicated to the winner directly. If a winner is unable to provide a valid New Zealand delivery address within seven (7) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner drawn at Almighty's discretion. Any costs not explicitly included in the prize description (including but not limited to taxes or duties) are the responsibility of the winner.
Once the prize has been delivered to the New Zealand address provided by the winner, Almighty's obligations in respect of the prize are considered fulfilled, and Almighty is not responsible for any subsequent loss, theft, or damage to the prize. In the unlikely event that a prize is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, Almighty will use reasonable efforts to resolve the matter with its courier but does not guarantee replacement.
9. Personal Information.
Personal information collected as part of this promotion (including the entrant's email address, first name, and any other information requested in the entry form) will be handled in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and Almighty's Privacy Policy at drinkalmighty.com/policies/privacy-policy. Information will be used to administer the promotion and for marketing communications. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, however unsubscribing from marketing does not withdraw an entry already submitted for the current month's draw.
10. General Conditions.
Almighty reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant who provides false or misleading information or who otherwise breaches these Terms. Almighty reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion at any time if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. These promotion Terms & Conditions operate alongside Almighty's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these promotion Terms & Conditions and the general Terms of Service in respect of this promotion, these promotion Terms & Conditions prevail. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
