Yes! We are shipping orders during Level 3. Increased couriers traffic may cause delays. Please bear with us, as we aim to quench your thirst as soon as possible.

Standard delivery times:
  • North Island Delivery: 1 - 2 business days
  • South Island Delivery: 2 - 3 business days
  • Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 1 - 3 business days
  • No Saturday delivery

Returns are only for wrong or faulty products received, no refunds will be made on sale or discounted items. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Proof of purchase may be asked.
If your item has been damaged and you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at
We can then work through the process of return and for a replacement to be sent out.
Once your returned order has been received, we will inspect and send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
